We pay approximately 500 staff each month, a mixture of full time, part time and casual staff. All of our employees are paid monthly by BACS.
We have been with HRH for just over one year and they helped make the transfer from our previous provider as easy possible. They were very flexible in their data requirements and provided a great deal of support, including several invaluable on site meetings to discuss and agree processes and procedures. They were very accommodating of our specific requirements and the transition was relatively straightforward and painless.
During our time with them we have found them to be very obliging and supportive and they have provided a very competent and valuable service. All of the staff that we have had contact with have been very helpful and knowledgeable - and if they say that they will call us back, they always do!
We generate a large number of payroll amendments each month, including overtime claims, travel and expenses claims as well as the usual new starters, leavers and salary amendments, which they process in a timely and efficient manner. We particularly like it that copy payslips are sent to us before each pay date to allow us to check through them for any final amendments that may be required before the BACS process is run.
The monthly reports and spreadsheets that HRH produce for us are excellent and are a great improvement on the data we had been used to receiving previously. Loading the data on to our Financial Management System is now much easier and quicker and salary monitoring in general is greatly assisted by the reports we now receive.
Overall we are very happy with the service we receive from HRH and would recommend them to any prospective clients.
